“ Best Poke joint I’ve tried in ON thus far! Ingredients were super fresh and bountiful Staff working we’re friendly/helpful Sashimi portions are very generous Moderately priced Pictured below: • 1/2 tuna and 1/2 salmon build-your-own large poke bowl • Toppings: seaweed salad, spicy cucumber, jalepenos, edamame, ginger.. ( all the free ones) Bowl was VERY DELICIOUS and filling. It was the perfect amount for a hungry girl with a big appetite like myself Definitely no leftovers ”
“ Generous portions and nice staff. Mauna Loa is on the spicier side but I would go for the PG and Cali. Check out their daily specials if it peaks your interest. ”
“ Mahalo ia 'oe !! The most authentic Hawaiian style poke I have grabbed on outside of the state hands down. An awesome joint and easily the best option in Vancouver with plenty of seating and a nice chilled, no fuss vibe. I had a BYOB Poke with classic Shoyu Tofu and Sweet and Sour Shrimp. This bowl was totally LOADED, I mean Phat... and WOW super yummy, fresh, vibrant and an array of flavor with incredible grade of poke soops coupled with innovative flavors made with care. The spicy wakame was total fire. I could happily eat this three times, every day and be the happiest dude in the world.. the hype is real and you have to try this, trust me. The server was such a nice lady and totally made my day too. This joint is dope, I'm eating here tomorrow too I already decided. Support local businesses! ”
“ My wife and I came here to give it a try (I am a bit sarcastic for Poke stores since I believe they are a bit overpriced and a bit hyped based on my experiences in other poke stores.). The store is open concept and everything is open in the restaurant that we can see even prep of prep materials. It is clean, and easy environment enough to eat and have a conversation. We ordered Large Cali’s bowl and regular Angry shrimp. The size is good in my opinion since I felt full, not because of rice but because of fish and other ingredients. One plus for this store is that the large bowl is shallow and wide which allows me to mix or scoop rice with other ingredients at the same time with ease, compared to some other stores that use deep bowls. Fish is good and fresh, and other ingredients are in good status. People making pokes always wear plastic gloves and change gloves when they take them off which is a big plus for me. Overall my wife and I are satisfied and we would come back if we want to have poke. Recommend.o ”
“ One of the best poke bowls I've ever had. Had one of the store bowls instead of the make my own. Had tuna and salmon and a ton of goodies to add texture and flavor. The spicy seawood salad was the best. All of it had my nose running and I loved every bite. Highly recommend. ”
“ Best poke in Toronto by far! Went here during the evening and it was top notch. Portions were massive (got large and it was big enough to share for 2 people) and the fish was marinated so it had extra flavour. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful when ordering and answering questions I had. Will definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend if you're looking for some poke, or just some good food in general! ”
“ Delicious, good portions and great service. Ordered one of the signature honey ginger salmon bowls and vegetarian tofu bowls and they didn't disappoint. Ingredients taste fresh and mix well together, although there could be a little more options for the base and toppings. For a little more than 17 each, the portion is good compared to other places. Service was amazing and very efficient during busy lunch time. There is some seating if you'd like to eat there but it's not a sit down type of restaurant. Highly recommended! ”
“ me and my wife's go to when we want a quick fulfilling meal downtown over the years.. the various options for customization as well as the prompt service ensures that your pokebowl will be satisfying no matter what. the space is quite small and plain although is serviceable enough ”
